Auf meiner Reise durch Portugal habe ich etwas ganz besonderes entdeckt und zwar die Gründerin von almalua.com. Zwei Dinge bringt sie im Einklang, die Liebe zum Yoga und die Kreativität. Die Yogamatten in verschiedensten Kreationen sind wirklich magisch und einzigartig. Eine Marke mit viel Liebe und hergestellt aus recycelten umweltfreundlichen Materialien. Ich habe mich sehr schnell für die 'Lisboa flowers' Matte entschieden. Die warmen Farben erinnern mich sehr an das Leben in Portugal.  Die Blumenwege zum Meer und der wohltuenede Sonnenschein. The yoga mats in various creations are really magical and unique. A brand with a lot of love and made from recycled environmentally friendly materials. I decided very quickly for the 'Lisboa flowers' mat. The warm colors remind me a lot of life in Portugal. The flower paths to the sea and the pleasant sunshine. Danke Mutter Natur, für all deine Energie und magische Schönheit. Die Natur ist mein Rückzugsort, um Klarheit zu schaffen und neue Energie zu schöpfen. Die ganzen verschiedenen Farben, Formen, Gerüche und Geräusche sind gar nicht in Worte zu fassen. Ich liebe es zu verweilen und meine Wahrnehmungsfähigkeit zu stärken. Am liebsten nehme ich meine Hängematte mit. Ganz egal wo und wann, die Hängematte mit der passenden Tragetasche, ist kompakt und leicht, perfekt für jeden Waldspaziergang. Zusätzlich ist dort auch noch genügend Platz für ein gutes Buch und die Tragseile. Das Leben ist bunt, genauso wie die Tropilex-Hängematten Unglaublich viele verschiedene handgewebte Hängematten, bei denen Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit wichtig sind.

Thank you Mother Nature for all your energy and magical beauty. Nature is my retreat to create clarity and draw new energy. All the different colors, shapes, smells and noises can't be put into words. I love to linger and to strengthen my ability to perceive. I prefer to take my hammock with me. bikehouse algarve

Hallo ihr Lieben, ich muss euch von einem besonderen Ort in Portugal erzählen. Zwischen Aljezur und Bordeira befindet sich die wundervolle Region Três Figos. Und dort findet man das magische Land BikeHouse Algarve. Bei dem herzensguten Erwin und seinen Hunden hab ich mich mit Abstand am meisten wohlgefühlt. Erwin hatte früher ein Bikehouse in Deutschland, im Harz und nun bietet er seine Mountainbike-Touren in seiner neuen Heimat in der Algarve an. Auf dem Grundstück spürt man die ganze Liebe, die dort reingesteckt wurde. Die Natur bringt mich immer wieder im Gleichgewicht und gerade in den Bergen bei Erwin konnte ich mich richtig frei fühlen und meine Seele baumeln lassen. Umgeben von einem kleinen Fluss, viele verschiedene Pflanzen und natürlich nicht zu vergessen den eigenen Stausee. Ich war so glücklich, als ich das erste Mal, den Stausee mit einem Kanu erkunden konnte. Jeden Abend gab es ein wohltuendes Lagerfeuer. Eines Abends machten wir sogar ein sehr großes Feuer, um den Weg zum Stausee zu vergrößern und natürlich auch die Waldbrandgefahr entgegenzuwirken. Wir hörten gar nicht auf Totholz zu sammeln, wahrscheinlich wollten wir, dass das Feuer niemals endet. Generell konnte ich von Erwin so viel lernen, man konnte mit ihm über alles reden und gleichzeitig ist er eine humorvolle Seele. Und meiner Meinung nach der beste Guide in der Algarve. Die Mountainbike-Touren haben so viel Spaß gemacht, bergauf und bergab hat mein Grinsen im Gesicht gar nicht mehr aufgehört. Also falls ihr mal vorhabt nach Portugal zu verreisen und die Berge liebt, dann müsst ihr auf jeden Fall, bei dem Bikehouse Algarve vorbeischauen. Es ist eine Wohlfühl-Oase und ich kann es jedem mal empfehlen eine Mountainbike-Tour mitzumachen.

Hello everyone, I have to tell you about a special place in Portugal. The wonderful Três Figos region is located between Aljezur and Bordeira. And there you will find the magical country BikeHouse Algarve. I felt most comfortable with the kind-hearted Erwin and his dogs by far. Erwin used to have a bike house in Germany, in the Harz Mountains, and now he offers his mountain bike tours in his new home in the Algarve. On the property you can feel all the love that was put into it. Nature always brings me in balance and especially in the mountains near Erwin I was able to feel really free and let my soul dangle. Surrounded by a small river, a lot of different plants and of course not to forget the own lake. I was so happy when I was able to explore the reservoir with a canoe for the first time. Every evening there was a pleasant campfire. One evening we even made a very large fire to enlarge the path to the lake and of course to counteract the risk of forest fires. We didn't stop collecting deadwood, we probably wanted the fire to never end. In general, I was able to learn so much from Erwin, you can talk to him about anything and at the same time he is a humorous soul. And in my opinion the best guide in the Algarve. The mountain bike tours were so much fun, uphill and downhill my grin never stopped. So if you ever plan to travel to Portugal and love the mountains, then you definitely have to stop by the Bikehouse Algarve. It is an oasis of well-being and I can recommend it to everyone to go on a mountain bike tour.
